Lissa and her husband Steve live in Mosier, and 2 college students, 1 attending Washington State and the other at the University of Idaho. Lissa earned a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture with a minor in Soil Science and a teaching degree.
Lissa was elected to the Wasco Electric Board of Directors in 2022.
