Join Us for the Wasco Electric Cooperative Annual Meeting
We are excited to invite our members to the upcoming Wasco Electric Cooperative (WEC) annual meeting on Saturday, November 23, at The Dalles Civic Center.
This event is a wonderful opportunity for our cooperative community to come together, review the past year’s accomplishments, discuss future plans, and engage with 1 another.
The annual meeting is more than just a gathering. It’s a chance for you, our members, to participate in the democratic process that sets your cooperative apart. This year’s agenda includes:
- State-of-the-art cooperative address. General Manager Lindsay Forepaugh provides an update on the cooperative’s performance over the past year, including financial reports, major projects, and operational highlights.
- Board of Directors election. Members can vote for candidates running for WEC’s board of directors. Your participation is crucial in helping shape the leadership and direction of the co-op.
- Member Q&A session. We welcome your questions and feedback. This open forum allows members to talk directly with cooperative leaders and voice their opinions on topics that matter to them.
