Every year, our Annual Meeting brings members together to hear how the Cooperative is doing, vote in the board election, and look ahead to what’s next. This year carries extra weight: members will also vote on a full restatement of our Articles of Association — the Cooperative’s founding legal document, unchanged since 1940.
Below, you’ll find how to RSVP, what the Articles vote involves, and how to make sure your voice is heard whether you attend in person or vote by mail.

Attending the Annual Meeting? The vote on the restated Articles of Association takes place at the Annual Meeting on November 21, 2026. Planning to attend in person? RSVP below by November 14, 2026, so we can prepare for seating, refreshments, and other accommodations.
RSVPing is just for attendance planning — it’s separate from voting. If you’re voting by mail, you don’t need to RSVP unless you also plan to attend in person.

Voting on the Restated Articles of Association
At this year’s Annual Meeting, members will vote on a full restatement of our Articles of Association — our Cooperative’s founding legal document, last updated in 1940. The restatement modernizes language and aligns with current Oregon law and cooperative governance standards; it does not change our core purpose or member-owned structure.
The restated Articles are presented as two ballot measures. Most Articles require a majority vote; Article VIII (covering merger, dissolution, asset sales, and conversion) requires approval by two-thirds of all members.
You can vote in person at the meeting, or by mail using the ballot enclosed with your official meeting notice.
