The Mid-Columbia Community Action Council reviews applications and determines eligibility.
WECare assistance is limited to once per 12-month period, so members can make the most of available funds and we can help as many neighbors as possible. If your situation changes or you need help again down the road, you're welcome to reapply in the next program year.
Approved members can receive up to $200 per 12-month period toward their electric bill.
