Budget Billing
The amount due indicates the budgeted amount to pay monthly, which may include any late charges and past due balances. The actual account balance indicates your account balance, if you were to request to be removed from the budget program, this would be the amount due. If there is a credit, the statement will read Credit Do Not Pay in the notes section.
Yes. This ensures the account does not become past due or receive late fees. Assistance payments can take 4 to 8 weeks to reach our office.
Yes. Although, if you make more than your scheduled monthly budget payment, our budget program automatically reduces the next payment by that overage amount. If over payment is made, contact our MSR team.
