We believe in supporting local students as they pursue their goals. Each year, WEC offers scholarships to graduating seniors and sends a student on the NRECA Youth Tour — an all-expenses-paid trip to Washington, D.C., where young leaders learn firsthand how the cooperative model shapes their community and their country.
