2026 Youth Tour Delegates
Wasco Electric Cooperative is pleased to announce its 2026 NRECA Youth Tour delegates. Noah of Dufur and T’Sharra of Sherman County have been selected to represent our community in Washington, D.C. this summer.
During the tour, they will join students from across the country to explore the nation’s capital, gain a deeper understanding of how the federal government operates, develop leadership skills, and learn more about the cooperative model.
