The cooperative, through it's authorized employees, shall have access to it's equipment at all times for the purpose of reading the meter; inspection, repair or replacing of the co-op's equipment; and disconnecting or reconnecting a service or meter.  If such equipment is so located that a member's lock must be operated to reach it, the co-op shall be supplied with keys to such locks or be allowed to add a co-op owned lock.  Refusal to grant access for these purposes could possibly result in the termination of service.
