Wasco Electric encourages the sealing of your existing heating and cooling duct system. Sealing your ducts will help improve the efficiency of your heating and cooling system. The cooperative offers a $400 rebate for manufactured homes and a $500 rebate for site built homes.
To qualify for the rebate you must use a certified Performance Testing Comfort System (PTCS) contractor.
